OUR STORY & JOURNEY
From a humble market street cafe, we’ve blossomed into the vibrant culinary haven we are today. Our adventure began in January 2023 when we embarked on an exhilarating journey to India. We scoured the bustling streets of Delhi and the serene spice farms of Kerala, meeting with the finest chefs and spice growers. After five weeks of rigorous food trials and fragrant spice explorations, we handpicked the crème de la crème of culinary talent and the freshest, most aromatic spices that make our dishes dance. In March 2023, our culinary dream team started taking shape with the arrival of our first master chefs, Mr. M & V Singh. Their artistry was soon complemented by two more culinary wizards, flown in straight from the heart of Delhi.
Every single day, we source the finest meat, fish, and vegetables from local suppliers, ensuring that only the freshest ingredients grace your plate. Our crockery, sourced from the skilled artisans we met in India, adds an authentic touch to your dining experience.
